After a 3 day evaluation period, I will create a workout plan and develop a meal plan that will help you crush your goals!
You will also have 2 30-minute sessions with me per week to discuss workouts, nutrition, food preparation, problem solving and any other health related subjects to keep you focused on achieving your goals.
Bring me to your kitchen via your mobile device and I will help you with meal prep for 1 day or 1 week. We will discuss short cuts and make sure your caloric intake is consistent.
